I specialize in home visits or small business.  Savings are passed on to you in lower hourly rates. Many common parts and accessories I already have on hand. 
You reduce the repair time that is billed by having your PC available on a table with adequate working room.

The home visit surcharge  is an extra $19 because of the service visit travel time and costs.   Fractional hour billing is rounded down to the 0.2 hour.  If you drop the machine off at my place, you save on substantial labor costs.  See map.

• My base hourly fee is 25% to 50% lower than your local PC store. 
• I specialize home visits or small business visits to reduce the overhead costs. Savings are passed on to you in lower hourly rates.

• If I can't help you, only the first hour is billed and a recommendation is made.

Tips to reduce my service fee:

• I encourage you to have your PC available on a table with adequate working room.
• Trying to save your personal data is time consuming (if it can be done at all.) That is why there is so much emphasis on regular backups. Time spent for me to do data recovery is costly.
• If you have a retail PC, Have the original CD that came with it.
